Delivery Details
We deliver across all metro cities within India through our efficient delivery network.
We deliver through two types of options: Hand delivery and Courier.
You will receive an email & SMS along with your order number once your order is confirmed.
Yes, we do provide same-day delivery to add happiness to your celebrations. Also, we undertake midnight delivery, too, as it is fun to have a surprise element for your loved ones.
For same-day Standard Time Delivery, place orders before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
For same-day Fixed Time Delivery, place orders before 6:30 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
For same-day Midnight Delivery, place orders before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
Order Modification/Cancellation
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at 093260 12840 between 09:00 am to 09:00 pm (Monday – Sunday)
Remember that for Order modification/cancellation, please give at least 24-hour notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make changes.
It takes up to 24 hours to process a cancellation request.
Your refund amount will be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card/Mobile wallet through which the payment was made.

Return and Refund policy
No returns are allowed. However, in case of a wrong or defective product been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can call us at 093260 12840 (09:00 AM – 09:00 PM Monday-Sunday).
Our top-most priority is to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there may be a remote possibility of the particular item getting damaged during transit or that you receive the wrong thing. If such things happen, feel free to call us at 093260 12840 (09:00 AM – 09:00 PM Monday-Sunday), and we will take care of that
We do not guarantee a refund for cases where:
- Flowers, plants, fruits, gift products, and preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product at the customer’s end.
- Cancellation/modification request in an order made less than 24 hours before the date of delivery. If we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.
An online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, a refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
