My Cart helps you keep the things you want in one place while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it.

Oops! I forgot my password!

Relax. Here’s what you need to do.
Step 1: Click here to go to the login page 
Step 2: Enter your Email ID
Step 3: Click on the Forgot Password link
You will receive a new password on your registered email.
You can use that password to login to your account and then reset it in the My Account section.

What are the modes of placing an order?

The following are how you can place an order with us.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all cities within India through our efficient delivery network.

What is the mode of delivery?

We deliver through two types of options: Hand delivery and Courier.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email & SMS along with your order number once your order is confirmed.

Do you provide same-day delivery?

Yes, we do provide same-day delivery to add happiness to your celebrations. Also, we undertake midnight delivery, too, as it is fun to have a surprise element for your loved ones.
For same-day Standard Time Delivery, place orders before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
For same-day Fixed Time Delivery, place orders before 6:30 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
For same-day Midnight Delivery, place orders before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.

Order Modification/Cancellation

How to change/cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at 093260 12840 between 09:00 am to 09:00 pm (Monday – Sunday)
Remember that for Order modification/cancellation, please give at least 24-hour notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make changes.

How long does it take to process my cancellation request?

It takes up to 24 hours to process a cancellation request.

What are the modes of refund after cancellation?

Your refund amount will be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card/Mobile wallet through which the payment was made.

Return and Refund policy

Do you have a Return policy?

No returns are allowed. However, in case of a wrong or defective product been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can call us at  093260 12840  (09:00 AM – 09:00 PM Monday-Sunday).

Can my defective or damaged product be replaced?

Our top-most priority is to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there may be a remote possibility of the particular item getting damaged during transit or that you receive the wrong thing. If such things happen, feel free to call us at  093260 12840 (09:00 AM – 09:00 PM Monday-Sunday), and we will take care of that

Can I know the cases where my amount will not be refunded?

We do not guarantee a refund for cases where:

  • Flowers, plants, fruits, gift products, and preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product at the customer’s end.
  • Cancellation/modification request in an order made less than 24 hours before the date of delivery. If we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.

When will the refunded amount be credited to my account?

An online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, a refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
